Our compnay needs a cheap but quality assembly line. We are thinking
in Mexico. We will supply all the needed items for aassembly. We need
to have an assembly line that (manually?) places garden seeds in a
grow plug (about the size of a large thimble), glues the seed on top
of the plug with our adhesive, and then places this in a plastic
basket to fit. Then these basket "seed pods" will be boxed along with
a small bottle of nutrient, and the box then needs to be
moisture-proofed and ship back to us in the USA. Your mission is to
find the best, cheapest, highest quality firm in Mexico that can do
such an assembly for us. We only need the top three firms out of your
research, but your answer will be rated on the quality of your
rationale for who you have identified as the best, cheapest, and most
quality firm in Mexico for such a project. Please strive to include
