What good questions should I ask a future employer on a second interview? Best answer on the web

  • I am having my second interview tomorrow and I would like to know what kind of questions that I should ask. It is for a tech support software delevoper. Thank much ahead of time.


  • How about asking what % increase he expects the company to achieve in growth for this year.

    What new products will be coming out of the companies pipeline this year?

  • discuss more details about the company. discuss advancement in the company even if your not interested they like to think your gong to be a lifer.
    discuss pay and benifits . dont discuss holidays.
    try mentioning how good looking the kids in the pics are on the desk crap like that. thats about all you have to mention. never mention how far it is too work anything that would make them think you might quit in the future.
    if have left jobs in the past just say you are looking for a sound company that promotes from within say when you find some such company you will stay and work your *** off.
